To post messages, photos, videos, upload files or any material/data on this site, you must register as a member. This registration is free of charge. By registering, you agree to abide the following Terms of Service:
When you register, you must choose a unique username and you must provide a valid email address. Duplicate usernames and email addresses are not allowed.
To prevent any member from using another's handle, each member's account is password protected with verification. When you register, you will ask to enter your password, you can change it anytime.

These Site use moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages posted in our Site. GooStyle is a Software engine that currently provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, customize and personalized content. GooStyle is a property of Tena Technologies.
GooStyle provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
All services provided by GooStyle must be used for lawful purposes only.
All users agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GooStyle from any claims resulting from the use of services. The user will ensure that its use complies with all the applicable federal, state and local law and regulation.
GooStyle exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through GooStyle system, other than attempting to assure the safe, legal operation of the system. The users assumes full responsibility for all materials placed on the system by the user or the users behalf by GooStyle.
GooStyle reserves the right to decline requests for any service and to cancel or suspend any service at any time at our discretion.
GooStyle reserves the right to have copies of any and all data and files for archival purposes. The archives may not be purge even though the advertiser account has been terminated. GooStyle reserves the right to delete all the files if the subscribers account is terminated.
GooStyle will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of delivery, use of, or inability to use GooStyle services, system, and or machines.
All advertisements supplied by sponsor shall consist of a warranty to the effect that the sponsor has obtained all the required authorization and permission with respect to the use of such advertisements on all logos, pictures, and copy.
Sponsors are required to ensure that the content of their advertisement complies with all legislation currently in force affecting such matters. They shall further indemnify GooStyle with respect to any claims, costs, or expenses that may arise from anything contained within their advertisement and advertised on their behalf by GooStyle.
GooStyle makes every effort to uphold the highest standards of etiquette on the Internet, but will not be held liable for any losses incurred through promotional activity.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
GooStyle reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GooStyle shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree that GooStyle may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your GooStyle account, any associated email address, and access to the Service.
This Terms of Service constitutes the entire understanding of both parties. Any changes or modifications to this Terms of Use thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of service.
