chrome, are you tired of the u.s. and want to migrate to canada?
sabagay from what i understand they have something like “universal medicine”
    which the u.s. don’t.

anyhow, check out the local canadian consulate (sa l.a. garu).
they can give you information. better yet take a short vacation to vancouver, b.c.
bukon arani yan sa inyo? igwang dakulang pinoy community duman.
    maki pag-network ka.

mga kabayan, please be very leary of recruiters.
remember promises are meant to be broken….
tandaan ang kasabihan “naghangad ng ka-gitna, isang kaban ang nawala”.

i’ve heard of may sob stories sa mga na dengoy ng mga recruiters
and decieving advertisings. gumastos ng malaki at walang nangyari.

    please be very very cautious.
we have a canadian consulate dito sa pinas. go there and get information on how to migrate.
thru the internet check out canadian healthcare providors/hospitals or nursing facility
and go to the HR (human resources) site. they will give you info on thier hiring procedures.
remember there are several provinces in canada, kaya marami kang mapagpipiliang lugar.
try out less congested cities first, para kaunti ang kompetensya.

sa iyo jay…makinig ka sa mga nakakatanda sa iyong taga GB’s.
they are giving you good suggestions. ang suggestion ni manoy mickey
na mag volunteer ka (kung available sa pinas) is a way of getting your foot in the door, ika nga.

you may use community work “VOLUNTEER” experience when writing your future resume.
it adds up, makaka tulong sa iyong portfolio. prospective companies look on those extras.
don’t think of it as a trivial matter, volunteerism reflects on your character, the desire to help pro bono.

take note, working at a call center (regardless of how small the pay is) is an honest job
and you are making a living. because this is a call center you can hone your skills
in CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION – these are ma MAJOR PLUS when filling out
your resume. take advantange of your call center job in building contacts. it helps!

    good luck noy!

Jay, kung Nursing graduate ko pero sa Call Center ko ngunyan nag wo-work. Try mong mag volunteer as mga community services and to join red-cross or some other organization. This will help you get a good job specially sa abroad. Save money for your exam. Iba ang lgwa ni licencya.
