Do you believe that our lives are somehow pre-determined? written on the stars if you like. Is there such thing as fate? = Nhe Chebs this sureis a tough question to answer. I do believe that we have our own destiny that was given to us by our Creator. However, a person can’t just stay down after a fall because it is there fate. Each one of us must strive to better ourselves. We must use the thing given to us unless we are incapable/disable and can not do things without the help of others.

Its amazing what you can achieve if you try. = this is what I mean

hmmm..gari may narumduman ako manoy art..1. pira ka na palan na taon dyan sa US? = garo ca haloy na Nhe PO1, 40 years.
2. how are you rearing your children? are you teaching them about what is being a Filipino? yes or no = I tried teaching themto bea good human being, understand andrespect others, Yes I instill on them the Filipino trait and pointed out the bad ones and high lighted the good. They were able to lived and observed thefilipinoway of life when they were young because I brought them over when I was stationed in Subic Naval Base from 87- 92. I was workingas a civilian for the US Dept. of Defense. We lived inside the Base and the kids went to school inside as well.
3. If yes, why, what and how? If no, Why? = Yes,I want my kids to grow up and learn/know almost all about the Philippines and know their roots. In High School here in the states 2 of them took Filipino language as an elective and belong to KAISAHAN group.. All of them can’t speak straight filipino but you can’t talk about them because they do understand.inom gugna ki tubig, ngani dae ka tabi madehydrate = habang nagha haloy minainiton palan ang sacong tucawan. dinurodaplosan acong marhay. ta macainom ngani que tubig.

Anyway, simple lang ang tanong ko: = nabasa co pa lang pinagpapawisan na ako. I’ll try to answer it to the best of my ability.

What do you do when you feel or in the following situation which actually falls under the 7 deadly sin?
1. PRIDE= too much PRIDE will kill you so I tried to be humble.
2. AVARICE = if I’m not mistaken this word in Latin is avaritia derived from avarus which means to crave for excessive or insatiable desire for weatlh or in simple term greediness. I ‘m happy for what the Lord have given me and I tried my best to share some of these to those that needed help.
3. LUST = Intense or unrestrained sexual craving. I don’t recollect having this problem or being in this type of situation craving for sex coz as I mentioned earlier I grow up as a normal person and wastaught properly the do’s and don’ts while growing up. I had gf’s and never forced myself on them. we did things because we wanted to.
4. ENVY = I’m happy for what I’am and not envious at all to others. so I can’t really give you any other answer. I was born poor so I strived to better myself so my kids will not experience thelife I’ve been thru.
5. GLUTTONY = (I am on a see food diet, what see I eat…hehehehe joke lang Cheryl). I can’t overeat cause of my condition. I was a healthy freak esp. before I shattered my knee at work. I watch what I eat now because I can’t exercise the way I used to due to some physical restraint.
6. ANGER = This is the one I’m guilty of. I don’t want to lose temper. It happened once and I almost killed the person in a fair fight.By all means I’ll avoidany fight or argument but if push comes to shove, I’ll shove back and I assure you I can shove harder.
7. SLOTH = As I mentioned, I was from a very poor family so we have to be up early and go to bed late. Do whatever we can to help the family. so I don’t think I was ever in this situation.

Three names you go by = As far as I can remember I was called Arturo, then Arthur in High School up to College and Art when I came to USA
Three physical things you like about yourself = That’s a tough question Nhe Carol bcoz I don’t know the answer.
Three physical things you don’t like about yourself = May be my skin color which I got from my Mom who look like a mestisang Bombay, my height may be 3-4 more inches would have been fine, I stand 5’6″ now,and whenI was younger I had a thick curly hair combined with my complexion I often got called negro, mulato, hawaiian, mexican, puerto rican,or latin american.
Three things that scare you = losing my temper, my children and getting sick for a long time.
Three of your everyday essentials = my alkalyzed water, coffee and my antioxidant drinks.
Three things you want in a relationship = an open communication (not one way, must be two way), understanding lots of romance. hahahaha

Lies:
1.our kabayan are not lazy, there’s nothing to do
2.our Politicians are not really greedy they just can’t say no
3.the compadre system is not bad, it helps the inaanak find a job even though he/she is not qualified
Truth:
1. Bicol is a lovely place to call home.
2. PI will be the same unless drastic change are implemented.
3. Enforcement of the Law is a must.
Three physical things about the opposite sex that appeals to you = Physical appearance to me is number one, like good figure, not too small/large of a breast, nice rounded buttocks and a beatiful face.
Three of your favorite hobbies = I love collecting Guns so Hunting and Fishing goes hand and hand. If I remember correct Pading Rod mentioned that he loves classic cars, so am I. cause all the cars I had when I was single were all mucsle cars from 65 Shelby Mustang 2+2, 66 Shelby Mustang 2+2GT350, 64 Chevelle SS with corvette package, 69 Chevelle SS 396, and 70 1/2 Z/28. I used to tinker with these cars on my free time.
Three things you really want to do badly now = go back to school,finish college and be free
Three careers you’re considering or have considered = law enforcement but since I’m retired it’s too late for that.
Three things you want to do before you die = see my kids in have their own family and be financially stable, to be able to say I’ve done it.
Three ways that you’re stereotypically a boy = a boy is going to be a boy and will always be a boy
Three ways that you’re stereotypically a girl = while young they are the as sweet as they can be but change dramatically due to the peer pressure of friends and the environment.
Three places you want to go on vacation = See Europe and Latin American countries one more time.

4. Pira an naging Piday mo bago ka naghali sa Pilipinas? = su talagang piday diit man san Padi ta nag aadal aco sa college.. self supporting.. nagtratrabaho aco sa gasolinahan sa aldaw nag aadal sa banggi. Igwang saro sa bicol, saro sa manila, sarong clasmeyt sa PCCr, saro na nag aadal sa UST.

Yan man sana Padi. = Salamat palan Padi sa pagsugba mo saco sa mainit na tucawan. peromay dudana man aco can ica ang pinatucaw ni Pading Ding, niaco aco ang masunod, caya nag preparar na aco.
