    ngeeee yanga ngunyan ko lang ini nailing na thread hahaha
    ahehe amo manay gany…. maiguson yan.. pirmi naga luto, naga experiment pa yan si dicky ki mga putahe kaya dakul talaga aram na lutuon….. kaya lang hanggang sa webcam ko lang natatanaan mga luto nya hahaha…
    yahaha kafay ka manay.. kasalan ka dyan… pero mauli NA daa talaga sya.. kaya garing makakaiba ta sa EB sa March 🙂

    luna mata na ta si bbq mo nakaluto na kang pamahawan mo!!!!!!sus nene may bbq ka na may cook ka pa!!!!ano pa isabay ta na ang sakalan sa eb sa march para grande na bongga pa!!!!!!:)baluon ko man daw ang recipe na an….ta garo ang aram ko sana so pibuhang sa tahaw……

    Omelette Bicol
    masiram ining pamahawan with brewed coffee and fried rice..Perfect during weekends tanganing dae nagmamadali,naga relax habang ninanamnam ang umaga.hehehehe.
    Serves 2
    INGREDIENTS:

    4-5 eggs, beaten (binate)
    1 Tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup grated cheese(maski anong cheese,pwede)
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    3-4 pepper(siling mahaba or siling pangsigang,or Jalapenos)thinly sliced ,un-seeded..depende sa gusto nyo na harang..kung medyo mild lang ang gusto..hugasan tabi su sliced peppers)
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tablespoon cooking oil
    Procedure:
    1.i sautee/igisa su onions,pepper and garlic..sa 1 tbsp oil,sa non stick pan for 1 minute(para dae ma over cook).Remove fom heat, set aside para mag lipot bago ikaag sa eggs.
    2.i melt su butter duman sa non stick na kawali..medium heat lang tabi ta madaling ma sunog ang butter.i distribute evenly hanggang fully covered na su surface nu kawali.
    3.Add the eggs into the pan/kawali..pag medyo luto ni yung ilalim nung egg..i kaag na su cheese,sauteed unions,garlic ang pepper as ibabaw(sa center portion tabi para igwang space pag tig roll or flip over yung omelette)MAke it sure na yung cheese aw evenly distribited sa surface ng omelette..Carefully roll over yun omellete usinga wide sianse,hanggang ma wrap na nung egg yung cheeseonions etc..Kapag luto na yungboth sides ng omelette,remove from heat and transfer toplate..enjoy this meal habang mainit init pa.Perfectly goes with Yang Chow fried rice.
