Wow,Manoy Arnold! Kagayon man kang picture kaining fried rice mo…looks so bright,fresh,and colourful…not to mention palatable…yum,in other words. Hmmmm,sigurado kang ika talaga kaini nag mastermind by your lonesome?Hehe…just checking.Gleng-gleng!

Manoy, ano po ang apod kadtong simpleng sinanlag sa dinikdik na bawang…plain and simple? siguro sinanlag ng guinobatan,hehe. Masiramon an ulaman ki badi sabawan man nanggad ki kape.Yummm! Kaya lang naghalo na si hamot kang sinanlag saka si bata kan pinirito na badi,nyehehe!

SINANLAG(BICOLANO FRIED RICE)
Ini ang sakuyang version kang Yang Chow Fried rice.Ang mga ingridients common na makukua sa Bicol..kung gusto nindo na masiram asin dae naga durukotan su maloto pag saindong sinanlag,i kaag tabi sa Refrigerator over night bago isanlag kina agahan.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon cooking oil
4 cups cooked rice(cold)
2 cloves garlic(chopped,minced)
1/2cup chopped Green Onions/Dahon ng sibuyas
3 pieces shreded Tinapa or daing(deboned..tapos kinunot su laman sa saradit na pidaso)
1/2 cup ham or luncheon meat,diced(pede po su spam,Ma-ling or any brand of choice..or kung igwa kamong left over na Hamon mas marhay)
2 tablespoon BAgoong/balaw(halion su katas sa strainer para bako ma asgad/alat)Su mga nasa ibang bansa..pede man po su bagoong na nasa garapon.
1/3 cup green peas,uncooked(optional..dae tabi mag gamit nu nasa lata)
2 eggs,beaten-iluto po ini bago mag sanlag..tapos pridaso nin sadit(kung ang isira nindo may egg like omellete optonal na sana ini)
Procedure:
Initin su wok o kawali.ikaag su 1table spoon na cooking oil.Add garlic,bagoong,diced ham or luncheon meat,shreaded tinapa o daing.i sautee for 1-2 minutes and mix/blend together.Add Rice,mix thouroghly with other ingriedients.Make sure na di buhol-buhol yung riceAdd geen onions(dahon ng sibuyas) and green peas,cook for 4- 5 mins.Add Chopped scrambled egg and mix thouroghly.Serve immediately.. -
