It’ll be an honor to cook for select friends and acquintances. Bayae sana Manay, your request will come. An namalisyahan ko dyan sa Pinas, mga MATAGASON an Carne kan Baka. Pa’no kitang mga Pinoy muya ta ay “fresh meat”, habo ta kan lumang carne. Well, freashly killed meat is “KIDIT” pa. We never give the meat a chance to age properly whereby the meat can relax and become tender. Digdi sa America, igwa sindang darakulaon na storeroom (temp. controlled) where meat are allowed to age and muscles can relax so they become tender. In essence, they allow Rigor Mortis to set in. But the meat is so tender and delicious when it’s cooked.

Makarawon ka talaga Manay. Rib-eye steaks or roast ay garo hali sa carne kan baka between 6 and 12 ribs (not sure where those are). Para sako ini an masiram because it is so tender and not dry. I roast it inthe oven for 2-3 hours depende kung gaano kadakula with plenty ofspices, ground peppers and lots of garlic. Then I make gravy for it to liven the taste even more. It compliment potatoes (chunks or mashed) and mixed vegetablesfor balanced meal. Kitang mga Pinoy kaipuhan pirmi igwang MALUTOwhich is okey tooMy daughter Michelle will help me cook tomorrow I’m sure.
Pero para sako, masiramon an Cocido na sira…tambacol with ugbos kamote or kangkong. Agon na Pasa-pasa with kalunggay. Miss ko na an Bicol foods.

Wahahaha! Walang involved na mata dito. uni palan an rib eye roast.Definition: The Rib-Eye is cut from the roast that sits at the
top of the rib primal. As a roast is known as a standing rib roast or,
more commonly, Prime Rib (though technically only if it is prime grade
beef). The Rib-Eye is a boneless cut. When the bone is attached it is
called a Rib Steak.

Dae pa pwede Manay Going ta Sabado pa sana digdi samo. Saaga (after Church), I will cook Rib Eye Roast at tsaka B-B-Q. ribs. Masiram an combination mo na pork bbq and achara then top it off with Halo-halo sa Tiwi.
