May bagong ornamental plant na nakakahiligan ng mga Pinoy. Marami na rin Bikolano ang nagumpisa ng paramihim ito sa kanilang Hardin. Ito ay kung tawagin nila ay DAISY. Mabalos tabi Cho. Aprubado man nanggad na na bulong ang sambong sa makulog ang tulak. Bulong pa ini sa iba pang man laen laen na mga helang. Pig-iinom man ini kan mga diabetic ta bulong man daa sa diabetis. Digdi sa Bicol, lakad bulan an apod kaini. Merry X’mas saimo asin Maogmang Bagong Taon 2010.

Hi Manoy Ding, inda ko kung isi mo ang sambong….taga JPanganiban ako pero nag aral sa Daet kaya tatao mag taram ng Bicol. Ang sambong sa JPanganiban inda ko kung sambong man sana ang apod diyan sa indo. Ang Sambong ay bulong sa makulog na tulak. Aprubado ini.

UsesFolkloric · Eczema, dry skin: Roast 10-12 seeds and pound ; apply to affected areas as poultice after a warm compress.· Root decoction used as emmenagogue (promotes or stimulates menstrual flow) and ecbolic (promotes labor by stimulating uterine contractions.Others· Cocoa butter (oil of theobroma) is an excellent emollient for use to prevent chapped lips and hands.· Food: Cultivated for use in the manufacture of cacao, chocolate, cacao butter, chocolate food, drink or fruit.· Cacao butter used in the manufacture of confections toilet articles and cosmetics; in pharmacy, used for pill coating and suppository preparation.Studies• Hypoglycaemic Properties of Malaysian Cocoa (Theobroma Cacao) Polyphenols Extract: Study of the TC extract shows its potential for being a hypoglycemic agent.• Effects of polyphenol substances derived from Theobroma cacao on gastric mucosal lesion induced by ethanol: Study suugests that the antiulcer mechanism of the polyphenols was from radical scavenging and modulation of leukocyte function.• Effect of Theobroma cacao flavonoids on immune activation of a lymphoid cell line: Extract down-modulated T lymphocyte activiation and the acquired immune response which could be important in autoimmune or chronic inflammatory disease.

Hello Patrick… mabalos tabi sa pagbisita… maski sain na probinsiya digdi sa Bicol iguang Cacao… digdi samuya sa bulod kan Polangui igua man kaming mga Cacao… kaya lang paisa isa ang pagkakatanom… ano ang gusto mong malaman tungkol sa Cacao? Baka sakaling may makabasa rito ay mabigyan ka ng mga gusto mong malaman… mabalos giraray…
