Three years ago…I used to fight the traffic…and have to answer to a BOSS [double sob spelled backwards Bwahahaha….Now I am the BOSS :-)].I remember someone saying that when you work for somebody you are always workingfor someone elses goals and dreams.He/she was right…why notwork for myself instead. I decided to see to it that Ichose to invest my time, money, and mind. You need to keep growing first before your business can keep growing. It is not enough to be at the right place at the right time…you need to be the right person to be at the right place at the right time. If you are not ready to grow inside your outside (results) also will not grow.

Bwahahaha……..Maging mechanical engineer…pero nabaling ang hilig ko sa computer….so gusto ko na maging computer programmer….pero yong computer daing hilig man sa koya…so ngonyan business man na sana ta nag graduate man nin accounting sa business school so ang transition bako man mahirap.
– sa palagay mo mas mabilis kaya na umangat ang Pilipinas kung pagtutuunan ng mabuti ang Siyensya at Teknolohiya? Sa palagay ko mas lalo pang bibilis ang pag unlad ng Pilipinas kong may sarong taona makakapag pabago sa pagiisip natin ngunyan. Ngunyan dae kitang pinagkakatiwalaan….kong wala tayong mapagkakatiwalaan….parati tayong walang mararating. I believe when someone said that however you see the world around you….is how you see yourself. Kong wala tayong mapagkakatiwalaan it only means na wala tayong tiwala sa sarili natin. Our inner world…..creates our outer world. Most people say…..I believe it when I see it….that’s absolutely wrong…..They need to see(visualize) it first(In their mind)thenit will materialize.
Most of our people live strickly on the visible world (panglabas na kaanyohan). Imagine a tree…and this tree represents the tree of life. On this tree there are fruits….in life fruits are called results. So we look at the fruits (results) and we don’t like them….there’s not enough of them….they’re too small….they don’t taste good…What do we tend to do? Most of us put our attention and focus on the fruits (results)…But what is it that actually creates those fruits(results)? It’s the seeds and the roots. It’s what under the ground that creates what’s above the ground. It’s what’s invisible that creates what’s visible. The same for our motherland we cannot keep on cussing on the results….we need to change the seed(thinking) in order to change the results. We need to fucos on our thoughts and not on what is missing or what is wrong.
