Okey yan ha. Para manibago nman sa style kan pagluto kan Pansit bato na kinagan ki gata. ano daw sa pagnamit.

Taga rinconada ako,harani lang sa Bato pero dae pa ako nakanamit kan pansit na yan na iguang gata. Porbaran ko daw. Mabalos noy.

Pading Rod, su saro ko man bagang bro nagustuhan niya man kaya sinabi ko saiya kung pano su pagluto. Pinurbahan niya, pero inapudan niya ako, “Man, it didn’t turn out right, you know, like the way you did it.” Kaya palan, ta su ginamit na natuk su “sweetened coconut milk”. Kaya su luwas linukay na collard greens. Pero ngunian, becool na siya ta aram niya na su tamang natuk.

Mabalos tabi Padi. Garo man nanggad masiram ini. Dae man lamang ako nagbabakal ki collared greens ta dae ko man tataong lutoon. Natatanaan ko sana ini kung igwa kaming potluck sa trabaho ta su mgaitom kong katrabaho ay pirming may dara kaini. Paborito baganindang gulay ini.

Al, garo dai qui collard greens sa satuya sa Bikol. Inda ko sana kung igua sa Baguio ta sa medyo malipot na klima ipigtatanum ito. Garo man sana su repolyo na hurunat su dahon. An dahon haralakbang na garo dahon qui tabako. Paboritong gulayon ini sa southern US, ta pig-guiguibong soul food kan manga tawong may kalag, arug baga sakuya na mahilig magkalagkalag ta marut makakua lamang qui ipakulaw.
Pading Rod, arug kaini an pagluto ko kan collards:
sarong sadit na bugkos qui collard greens, ililukot buda guiguiris qui pinongpino (1/16 or 1/8 inch slivers), tuktukon qui diit para humuhuralipot
tinuktuk na bawang, sibuyas, laya, lada,(dai nanggad paglingwan)fresh frozen o dilatang natok, balaw,fresh o canned tuna, (halion an sabaw)
Pakalakagaon an natuk, kairibahan an bawang, sibuyas, laya, lada buda balaw. Paliputukon qui diit, ibuntug an tuna na kinunut, tapos isalak na an collard greens, (medyo isabwag nganing dai maguromol-umol). Garo nanggad su pagpakulaw kan kalunngay. Unog-unogon sagkud maluto buda maghubashubas. Bukagbukagon buda tanan. Puedeng i-frozen an tada. Mas minasiram ngani pag-ininit quiraray.
Aber daw kung magustuhan nindo tabi. -

Napurbahan na tabi nindo an pinakulaw na “collared greens”, na an pagluto garo man sanang su kinunut na kalunggay, fresh tuna o canned tuna an salak? Kung dai pa, pakibalo tabi. Girison tabi qui pinongpino an “collared greens”. Malilingwan nindo an kalunggay. Siyempre aram ko kung sisay an marurumduman nindo.

Last week my cousin from Albay was passing through Bato, Camarines Sur and bought Pansit Bato(the dry kind) and sent us in New York via fedex 2 kilos(6squares) that arrived Saturday morning (5days travel by air)…there is a doable instruction on the label as how to cook Pansit Guisado but instead of 10 cups of water per kilo(3 squares), my Aunt substituted it with coconut oil in can…
It was UNBELEVABLY YUMMY !!!!
SARAP SARAP !!!!
SIRAMON NAMIT!!!!
I ate it the next day for my baon for lunch and my office mates loved the smell in the microwave…
They were surprised to know about Lo-Mein with coconut
they thought it was Hawaiian…
I told them about the pasit and its travel half over the globe to reach our office microwave, hehehehe -

My aunt from Bicol have cooked this and served it for merienda, I am very familiar with ginataang pancit.
This is a very simple and tasty pancit, but one baso of siling labuyo is exeptionally hot, I suggest for others to just take it easy on this…pancit bato isonly found inBicol coming from Bato, Camarines Sur…take note also the “seaweed pancit” that isfound onlyin Tiwi, Albay. -

aw ano naman an ho…cguro bako halop si naka inbento kan recipe ka-an …..ano man daw an namit cguro ka-an aw esus…garo dae kaya kan powers ko an kumaon ka an – ho… eneho sadiri ko sana man opinyon si mga nakkabasa ka eneho nguwan na nag hablo kane-ho aw kanya kanya kita ki pang namit ang iba kaya mayo naman ning “PANA-BANG” hay……
